Here for you every step of the way. Welcome back to yourself. We are ALL better for it when we have Creative Heather around and I'm glad you missed her, too. Love you dearly.
Original blogging was definitely 'the good old days'. I miss it, and I don't. But here, all these years later, I'm still connected to the most treasured people that I met during that time; 'heart' people, the ones I felt like I knew even when I acknowledged that they were, in fact, strangers. People like you, like just sitting down next to you at a gathering and feeling like I was safe and accepted and I could just 'be'. The 'knee touch' story we shared, the way I could read your words and think 'Oh yeah, me too, Heather. I get it.' Reading your words now, and the pain just dripping between the lines has left my heart clenched for you, for this journey back to yourself. I know you will find that creative woman once more, when all the rest is stripped away and you can take a deep breath to open up to the flow from within. I'll still be reading, my heart friend.
You very clearly are - still (and forever) - a writer, and a dang good one. You hit a bump, you backed up and looked at it carefully, and you took a big step around the dang bump. And look - YOU ARE WRITING IT OUT. Yes, it’s a painful hard story. But…Heather, you are still (and forever) - YOU, the amazing woman who cares for everyone in the entire world and then writes it out in ways that are real, true, and lovely. You got this. And you got a team of us out here pulling (and praying) for you.
I love Creative Heather so much. I love all the Heathers actually but I love when your creativity is brisk and alive and hopping along like mad like a wild bunny in a gorgeous meadow. :) Yeah that’s the image that came to me when thinking about your idea streaks. :) Love you.
I love that quote from your sister in law. And I got lucky that today I felt real sparks of easy simple low-key joy that make that promise have meaning. (Been a bit of a slog of a year here.) Thank you for your company ❤️, as ever.

Love you, friend. I will continue on as a mad wild bunny. LOL. You’re the best.
Keep going! Loving you.
This is so hopeful and real. I’m excited for all the windows and doors opening again for you.
